The factory steel workshop building is located in our new factory area, it is used as our new workshop plant. We undertake steel workshop building’s design, production, construction and installation by ourselves. Factory steel workshop building has advantages of beautiful appearance, light weight, industrialized manufcture, fast installation, shorter construction time, good performance of anti-quake design.

Facotry steel workshop building adopts portal frame structure, and has Eight Spans, Area: 28800㎡
Length: 190m, Width: 152m, Height: 12m(Eave Height) ~ 15m(Ridge Height)

Main Steel Frame Part:
Steel column and beam: Q345B, welded H section steel with two coats of red lead paint
Cran beam: Q345B, welded H section steel with two coats of red lead paint
Endwall column: Q235B, welded H section steel with two coats of red lead paint
Parapet wall column: Q345B, welded H section steel with two coats of red lead paint
Purlin: Q235, galvanizd C section steel with two coats of red lead paint

Protection Part:
Exterior roof sheet: V-760, 0.5mm dip aluminum-zinc steel sheet
Roof panel insulation layer: 75mm, fiber glass wool sandwich panel(12Kg/）with aluminum foil paper
Interior roof: coated wire mesh
Skylight sheet: V-760, 1.2mm / V-900, 1.0mm / V-780, 1.2mm
Exterior wall sheet: V-780, 0.5mm dip aluminum-zinc steel sheet
Roof ridge tile: 0.5mm galvanized steel sheet

Door: EPS sandwich panel sliding door
Window: aluminum alloy window
